President of Kerr Greulich Engineers, Mr. Greulich oversees the
development and design of the mechanical systems on various projects,
which relate to municipal structures as well as other type facilities.

Thirty-three (33) years of extensive field and design construction
experience with a very strong emphasis on cost control during the
design phase, utilizing pre-construction cost estimates and
budget considerations to maintain the projects within the Owner’s
estimate.
Advisory Committee to Louisville Fire Department on Sprinklering
of High Rise Buildings.
Design problems are kept to a minimum with systems designed to have
efficient and easy maintenance, maximizing cost payback. Extensive
design experience in Plumbing, Sprinkler and HVAC Systems, as well
as controls and instrumentation.
