From 1996 to 2008, Ms. Caruthers worked as a Project Manager for a material handling sortation and logistics company. Specifically, she hired, trained and managed department personnel, supervised both the project design and installation teams, managed contracts and change orders, created and maintained project schedules, and served as the primary point of contact for clients.
