Previously, Mr. Thomas worked in project management in the commercial general contracting field for nine years. He dealt with client relations and project development. His responsibilities consisted of all aspects of management; firm estimating, contract administration, scheduling, project meetings and oversight, and project closeout procedures.
John Thomas became a team member at Kerr-Greulich Engineers in 2005 and continues his role as project manager. His responsibilities include overseeing projects during the design and construction phase. As a manager of the design process, Mr. Thomas coordinates team schedules and communicates with the design team to ensure the accuracy of the project.
