Penske's Repair Facility in Springfield represents only one of 15 facilities Kerr-Greulich Engineers has supported by providing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design services. The Springfield location is intended to be used as a model for upcoming facilities that are to be built throughout the country. Just as Penske concentrates on its customers to ensure and reduce their operating cost, Kerr-Greulich focused on savings through the MEP systems design.

Fuel service system design, including compressed air, oil, gear lube, chassis lube, and source to various hose reels.
Radiant heat system design in service bays.
Ventilation design for service pits.
Truck wash design.
Lighting design for explosive environments.
