A geometric interplay of expansive glass panels and masonry frames offers uninterrupted panoramic views, distinguishing this residential building from its downtown commercial counterparts. It includes 76 uniquely designed units; 164 structured parking spaces; 82 balconies; 12 roof terraces; spacious lobbies; club and party rooms; and fitness facilities. Kerr-Greulich was selected to complete and innovative and energy efficient MEP design.
