ADP
Louisville, Kentucky
Automatic Data Processing Inc. (ADP) is one of the world's largest providers of business outsourcing solutions. With 60+ years of experience, ADP offers a wide range of HR, payroll, tax and benefits administration solutions from a single source.
Kerr-Greulich was hired to design a 3,000 square foot data center to support a move of the Louisville office to a new space in a new office building.
Our services included:
The data center is supported by a 75 KVA UPS which the owner relocated from a previous office.
The UPS and Data Center lights and HVAC are backed up by a 400 KW diesel generator set located outside of the building. The UPS supports all of the data center's process equipment and selected work stations in the office area.
The Data Center HVAC system is provided from a dedicated computer room air conditioning unit (CRAC) with the outdoor unit located on the roof.
The Data Center is protected by an FM200 system.
All work was completed in an occupied building.
The design included extending new emergency power feeders from the emergency generator into the building and modification to the existing electrical distribution system.
