QUALIFICATIONS SUMMARY
From 1979 to 1984, Mr. Setliffe served as a mechanical designer in both the plumbing and HVAC disciplines. The projects primarily focused on the design of banks, office buildings and nursing homes. He also specialized in large mechanical renovations, which required extensive field observation and verification.
From 1984 to the present, Mr. Setliffe has worked for Kerr-Greulich Engineers in various capacities. His experience includes design, production management, project management, and Principal-in-Charge. Mr. Setliffe is integral to the day-to-day activities with all employees to ensure the client's needs are translated into every design. Mr. Setliffe is an incredibly gifted designer and spends vast portions of his time designing and teaching design practices to our staff.
